The George Cleverley name goes back to the late 1800s , and since that time the craft of bespoke shoemaking has hardly changed .
Today , the company is still a family run business headed by Mr . George Glasgow Snr ( Chairman ) & Mr . George Glasgow Jr ( CEO & Creative Director ). Mr . Glasgow Snr worked with Mr . Cleverley for over 20 years and is based London with over 45 years of experience in shoemaking . Mr . George Glasgow Jr splits his time between Los Angeles & London and has been in the shoemaking business for over 10 years .
