Positioned in a dominant setting, the site allows the house to be oriented towards southwest, offering uninterrupted views over the La Zagaleta Golf Course and extending as far as the Strait of Gibraltar. The design follows the principles of a contemporary classical architectural style, reinterpreting traditional lines and volumes to achieve a restrained and refined result.
