Today Salon Champagne is owned by Didier Depond,
and is known to be the most elusive of Champagne’s
grand marques. Salon has been bottled just 38 times
since 1905, its first vintage, only produced in what the
house deems the absolute best years. Salon Champagne
is unequivocally quintessential Blanc de Blancs style.
