The Real Estate industry has embraced technology in a big way and the tools an agent has at their disposal is extraordinary. Most agents have only embraced a fraction of what is possible. From satellite imagery to help determine what you can build on a piece of property to the ability to identify and reach out to Buyers and Sellers globally is extraordinary. I can familiarize a Buyer from halfway around the world about a property just as easily as if he was next door. I consult with Sellers all over the world on marketing their properties. I have been talking to a Seller in Atlanta this week. I know everything I need to know sitting at my desk in Beverly Hills with the resources at my disposal. A lot of this has to do with the ability to have relationships all over the US and the world.
