wine flight tasting experience is like.

One of our favorite interactive wine experiences is our
Five Bordeaux Varietals and Your Five Senses tasting.
Through this tasting, you learn the fundamental wine
tasting techniques and key differences between the
five classic red Bordeaux varietals while gaining
insight into the basics of pairing wine and cheese. You
taste and learn to distinguish each varietal: Merlot,
Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet
Sauvignon. We conclude the tasting with our blend of
all five to show how the different varietals complement
one another.
