To build a huge following on Instagram , you have to be consistent . You have post often , 2 or 3 times a day , to make sure people in all time zones are seeing your posts . And , always use hashtags . That ’ s how people find you and follow you . Also , you ’ ll want to make sure to engage with your followers . If they comment on your post you need to acknowledge it . A : You have attributed a large part of your success to strategically using social media as a viable business tool , which has gained you a following of 73.9k on Instagram . What tricks of the trade did you utilize in jumpstarting the attraction to your Instagram and what other helpful techniques have you picked up along the way ?
KV : I created my Instagram account about three years ago . I wanted another way to promote my real estate business . Since then , I ’ ve learned a lot about how to grow it organically and how to properly utilize it to generate leads . And , it ’ s been a great way to connect with other real estate professionals nationwide and appreciate being able to connect with you . Lastly , you need to be picky about what you post . To attract the ideal demographic you need to be consistent with your content . Have a theme . My theme is luxury . I sell luxury homes so that ’ s mainly what you ‘ ll see on my account . However , I also post other luxurious assets like yachts , exotic cars , and private jets . I do that intentionally to attract the type of audience I want – people interested in luxury . Wealthy homeowners own exotic cars , yachts , and private jets . Post enough of those on instagram and you ’ ll get their attention . There are several celebrities and entertainers whom I ’ ve never met that follow me on Instagram and they do so because of what I post . around the world .
