As a costume designer for film , theatre and television , what has been your most rewarding costume that you have created to date , and what made it rewarding for you ?
Being able to work in the costume department of Netflix ’ s ‘ Bridgerton ’ was a hugely rewarding and informative experience . I was fresh out of university when I joined the team , and it was the largest-scale production I ’ ve ever been a part of so far . A huge part of the reward from working on that show has been seeing the response . It has been such a pleasure to hear how much people have enjoyed watching it , and especially seeing the clothes people have created that were inspired by the Bridgerton world . In the grand scheme of the production I played a small part , but

I am very grateful to have worked on it .
It is very difficult to choose a particular costume , but another especially rewarding project was my first job as a Costume Designer . I was only eighteen and knew very little of the industry , but I was given the chance to design the costumes for a stage production of ‘ Ghost ’. It was the first time I was given complete autonomy on a design project , and I threw myself in at the deep end . Looking back there is so much I would do differently , but it was a real learning curve and I remember feeling proud of my achievement at the end .
